Today, when I am chatting with my dear friend (FountainWish ) (Thanks for my another dear friend Ralu for sending me the whole album ), i was listening to some songs in my collection. I am not in mood to write about anything but wanted to post something on this great singer... (Info I took from Internet.)

Andrea Bocelli is a singer, writer and music producer from Italy. He is a classical crossover and operatic tenor, and has recorded four complete operas (La Bohème, Il Trovatore, Werther and Tosca) besides various classical and pop albums. He was blinded at the age of 12 by a cerebral hemorrhage, which he suffered when hit on the head playing football.

"Can't Help Falling in Love" is a pop song based on "Plaisir d'amour" by Jean Paul Egide Martini that was re-written for the 1961 film Blue Hawaii, starring Elvis Presley, by George Weiss, Hugo Peretti and Luigi Creatore. During the course of the following forty-five years it has been recorded by numerous other artists, most notably by the UK group UB40 in the early 1990s. That version topped the UK singles chart, as had the original by Presley.

Amore is the eighteenth album by classical Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli. It was released on January 31, 2006. It features a remake of Elvis Presley's "Can't Help Falling In Love", "Because We Believe", a track Bocelli performed at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, Italy, and "Somos Norvios (It's Impossible), a duet with American pop singer Christina Aguilera
